In short: this website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Tour dates and videos come from Bandsintown and YouTube and are loaded only after you click.

2. Visiting this website
The site is hosted by Hostpro (hostpro.ua) on servers in Warsaw, Poland (EU). When you open the site, your browser sends technical data to that server: IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser and operating system. The hosting provider processes this data on our behalf only to deliver the site and keep it secure, and keeps server logs for a limited time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in running the website securely).
Fonts and images are stored on our own server — your browser does not contact third parties to display them.
3. No cookies, no analytics
We do not set cookies and do not use analytics or advertising tools.
If you click Show tour dates, your browser remembers that choice in its local storage, so the dates load straight away next time. This note stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing this site's data in your browser.
4. Tour dates (Bandsintown)
The tour section can show a widget by Bandsintown Inc. (New York, USA). It is loaded only after you click Show tour dates. From that moment your browser connects to Bandsintown's servers, which receive your IP address and technical data; the widget also contains a Google tracking pixel. Data may be transferred to the USA. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — you give it by clicking the button. See the Bandsintown privacy policy.
5. Videos (YouTube)
Videos are embedded from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Dublin) in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Before you press play, only a preview image stored on our server is shown and nothing is sent to YouTube. When you press play, the video loads from YouTube and Google receives your IP address and may set cookies; data may be transferred to the USA. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. 6. Links to other services
Links to Bandcamp, Spotify, Apple Music, Feature.fm (ffm.to), YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and Musicians Defend Ukraine take you to external sites. Nothing is sent to them until you click; after that, their own privacy policies apply.
7. Contacting us by email
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. To use these rights, email us. You can also complain to a data protection authority, for example the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (datenschutz-berlin.de).
